Using the service
These terms apply when a company creates or uses a Electrical Certs App workspace. The company account owner is responsible for authorised users, accurate account information and activity performed through its workspace.
Trial and subscriptions
New company workspaces receive a 14-day trial unless another period is displayed at signup. No payment details are required to create the trial workspace. Pricing, billing frequency and any optional add-ons are shown before checkout. Subscriptions continue until cancelled through the billing portal.
Company records
The company retains responsibility for the records it enters. If a subscription ends or becomes unpaid, existing records remain available to view, print and export, while creation and editing may become read-only. Customers should export records they must retain independently.
Compliance responsibility
The service supports electrical compliance workflows but does not replace professional judgement, statutory duties, prescribed forms, applicable Standards or regulator guidance. Users remain responsible for checking each record and ensuring they are authorised to complete or issue it.
Acceptable use and security
Users must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful or malicious content, or interfere with another company’s workspace. Account credentials must be kept confidential and suspected compromise should be reported promptly.
Availability and changes
Reasonable care is taken to keep the service available and protect data, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Features may change to improve security, reliability, compliance or usability. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through the service or the account contact.
