Information covered
The service stores company and user account details, customer and site information, job records, electrical compliance documents, safety records, uploaded evidence, signatures, billing references and security/audit events entered or generated while the service is used.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the workspace, authenticate users, create and share authorised records, deliver service email, process subscriptions, maintain audit trails, secure the service, diagnose problems and meet legal obligations.
Who can access information
Workspace information is available only to authorised users of the relevant company according to their role. Limited information may be processed by service providers used for hosting, email delivery, payment processing, backup, security and support. Public certificate links are available only to people who receive an active sharing link.
Payment information
Payments are handled by the configured payment provider. The application stores customer and subscription references but does not store full card details.
Storage, security and retention
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, including company scoping, access controls, encrypted or protected private storage, audit logging and expiring security tokens. Records are retained according to the company’s configured or approved retention requirements and applicable legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
Users can update their profile and security settings. Requests to access, correct or delete personal information should be made to the relevant company account owner or service provider. Some compliance and audit records may need to be retained and cannot be altered after finalisation.
Cookies
Essential session and optional remembered-device cookies are used for authentication and security. The service does not require advertising cookies.
